Once you have completed our IT Technician course you will have a fully comprehensive understanding of both IT hardware and software.

You will then be ready to begin the recruitment process. At this stage we will look to secure you at least three interviews.

The types of roles we will look to place you in are as follows: IT Technician, 1st Line Support or Service Desk Analyst. The starting salary for these types of roles vary from £21,000 - £28,000 per annum.
